
I am honored to be able to be a part of your journey of hope and healing. I am a Catholic therapist and strongly believe in the integration of Catholic faith, belief and teachings and therapeutic techniques in bringing about healing to all aspects of the whole person: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.
My scope of specialization lies within the range of Child & Adolescent Therapy, Family Therapy, Marriage and Family Counseling, Couples Counseling, Individual Counseling, Parenting, Co-Parenting, Depression, Anger, Anxiety and Substance Use.
I have 13 years of work experience in elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, continuation high schools, juvenile justice system, out-patient clinics, adolescent in-patient substance abuse center, out-patient center for women in recovery, anger management programs, first-time offender programs, and the variety of issues that arise within these settings.
My modalities of treatment and frameworks include, but are not limited to: CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Treatment), Family Systems, Behavioral Techniques, Cognitive Techniques, Attachment focused therapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy.
